The Tarpon Firm is our entry-level firm mattress. The design is simple and straightforward, yet still strong and comfortable. Overall this provides a “classic” firm feel for those that don’t prefer memory foam or latex. Works well for a guest room/second bedroom, or every night use if needed.

Individually wrapped coils + high-quality upholstery padding
This mattress features excellent support from up to 1,283 tempered steel Bolsa Coils®️ that run from edge to edge. Since each coil is connected to the other with fabric, motion transfer across the mattress is minimized. That means less disturbance when your partner gets in and out of bed.
Around the perimeter are firmer coils, called Quantum Edge, which produces a stronger and firmer sitting area. This steel edge is a substantial upgrade from foam encasement (used by many other brands) and will provide better edge support for a longer period of time.
Above the support system is a layer of firm upholstery padding. This provides separation between the coils and the top quilting, laying the body flat with only minimal cushion. 1.8 LB density means above average durability and less chance of sagging.
At the very top, a 3/4″ layer of custom quilting is sewn to give the mattress that “classic” look and feel you’d expect from a custom mattress. Our breathable fabric will keep air flowing efficiently throughout the night.

A strong coil system paired with firm upholstery makes this a great value for the price. It’s not hard as a board, as the top quilting provides a small amount of compression, but this would be considered an overall firm feel by a majority of individuals.
