We have over 30 years experience working with custom bedding products.

RV mattress

Upgrade your RV mattress with a handcraft, locally made product. Angled corners are an option if needed!

Van mattress

We have several models that work well for Class B vans. Don't settle for cheap from other online companies!

Four poster style, three quarter size, or anything in between, we build antique bed mattresses almost daily.

Custom mattresses built to your special size

Any of our mattress models are available in custom sizes, excluding any Factory Select models.

The following size ranges are available:

Widths: 20″ to 78″
Lengths: 50″ to 84″

Typical lead-time for us to build custom size mattresses is around 2 weeks or so.

We can make 4 different mattress shapes

Standard Rectangle

The typical mattress shape. We can build these in standard or custom sizes. All we need is the width and length.

Angled Corner

These are common in RV's and camper applications. We can do one, two, three, or all four corners depending on what you need.

Notched Corner

These are common for 4 poster beds where the posts stick out. We can customize the mattress to conform to the posts, giving you a longer sleeping surface. This can be done at the foot, head, or both.

Radius Corner

Popular in RV's, boats, aircraft and antiqued beds. We sculpt the interior materials using a template and then sew the fabrics to match, One, two, three or all four corners can be done. The mattress design must be all foam (no coils) to allow for rounded corners.

If you’re in need of a Box Spring that isn’t a standard size, we can help. The size ranges below are what we currently offer.
These will be built and shipped via UPS from our woodworker partner in Ohio. Estimated lead-time is approximately 2 weeks.
