4 Different Cuts Available
Standard Rectangle
The typical mattress shape. We can build these in standard or custom sizes. All we need is the width and length.
Angled Corner
These are common in RV's and camper applications. We can do one, two, three, or all four corners depending on what you need.
Notched Corner
These are common for 4 poster beds where the posts stick out. We can customize the mattress to conform to the posts, giving you a longer sleeping surface. This can be done at the foot, head, or both.
Radius Corner
Popular in RV's, boats, aircraft and antiqued beds. We sculpt the interior materials using a template and then sew the fabrics to match, One, two, three or all four corners can be done. Certain alterations must be made to the mattress design to allow for rounded corners.
